My Steam Shot™ has no power. What should I do?


1. First, check the indicator light.  If the light is on, the unit has power.  When the light goes off, the unit is ready to use.

2. Try plugging into a different outlet or try a different appliance on the same outlet to make sure it’s not the outlet itself that’s the problem.

3. If you still don’t have power, please call us at 1-800-263-2535, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. A representative will be ready and waiting to help you out!
