- Make sure front nozzle is tilted forward to have good contact at the floor.
- Make sure the collection tank is not full.
- Make sure the collection tank is fully locked into the unit.
- Check to see if the drain plug is misassembled or missing; replace drain plug if needed.
- Make sure the front nozzle is not clogged. If clogged, suction up clean warm water to clear the clog.
