My PowerGroom Pet compact machine, model 13H8, has no power. What should I check?

  • Unplug the machine, and check then entire power cord and plug to if it is damage. If there is damage, we recommend taking your machine to a local Bissell service center for assistance.   • Make sure the power cord is plugged into a functioning outlet.
