If your machine has low suction, please check the following:
- Make sure the brush is rotating and is free of string, hair or debris. If the brush is not rotating, check the brush belt to ensure it is intact.
- Make sure the dirt cup is installed properly, is not full, and the filter is clean. If the filter is dirty, it can be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent. Allow the filter to dry completely before using again.
- Make sure the unit is charged properly.
