Why doesn't my machine have any power?(3)

  • Make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet.
  • When the charger is plugged into a outlet feel the sides to see if it is warm. If the charger is cold, a new charger is needed. The charger can be purchased through Bissell Consumer Services by calling 1-800237-7691, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.ET.
