What should I check? Answer: Please ensure your machine is unplugged from the outlet prior to trying the following: Remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the machine. Also remove the screw located in the middle of the plate directly above the brush. Lift the access plate off. Grasp the Rotating Floor Brush at both ends and lift. Check the belt to ensure it is not broken. If it is, the replacement belt should be either a Style 7,9, or 10.
