- Make sure there is water/formula in the solution tank.
- Check to see if water comes through the cap insert by pressing into the "X" valve. If the water does not release, soak cap insert in warm water for 30 minutes.
- If water does come through the "X" valve, remove the collection tank, turn the machine on and press the trigger to see if water/solution will come through the white spray nozzle on the machine base. If not, gently clean by inserting a paperclip into the opening.
- If water/solution will spray through the spray nozzle on the machine base, the spray tip at the end of the collection tank may be clogged. Try soaking the collection tank in warm water for 30 minutes.
