First, let’s figure out where the cleaner is leaking from. If it's leaking from the base, see the next paragraph. If it's leaking from above the collection tank, make sure the collection tank is locked into the cleaner. If it can’t lock, the collection tank clip or the U-clip is most likely broken. At this point it might be best to take your Little Green® to a technician. You can find your nearest BISSELL® Authorized Service Center by clicking http://canada.bissell.com/support/product-support/service-centers or by calling 1-800-263-2535, available 24 hours a day. If the collection tank is locked, check the gasket on the unit above the collection tank. If the gasket is missing or damaged, please contact one of our Authorized Service Centers.

If the collection tank is locked in, check to see if the solution tank is leaking. The ball valve on the bottom of the tank may be missing. If that’s the case, please contact an Authorized Service Center to fix up your cleaner.
