1. The TurboBrush® uses the suction from the hose to spin. If it’s not spinning, make sure there aren’t any clogs in the hose. For details, please see our “clearing clogs” FAQ.
2. See if the belt is in place. Turn the handle collar on the TurboBrush to unlock the cover and lift it off. If the belt isn’t seated properly, adjust it so that it wraps around the cogs on the spinning turbine and the brush roll. If you lifted the brush or turbine out, make sure that the end caps line up with the slots they sit in. Once they’re seated properly, reattach the cover and lock it.
