My stain did not disappear. Any recommendations?

    I used OxyKIC and my stain did not disappear. Do you have any recommendations?    
    Answer    
    Some stains may take additional applications to be fully removed. Repeat the process as listed on the label. If a stain has been allowed to set, it may not be able to be completely removed from the carpet.
