BISSELL Offers several ways to refine your FAQ Search results.

Category, Sub-Category

Choose a Category or Sub-Category, to restrict results to only FAQs in that Category.

Search Modes

Search By Phrases:

This will search for all the words in your Search text, including similar words or forms of words. (example, Floor, Floors and Flooring would be the same) The order of the words is not important. Wild cards are not supported. It is not necessary that all search criteria words are in the final result.

Search By Exact Phrases:

Only FAQs which contain the exact phrase entered in the Search Text will be returned. Spelling, and word order must match exactly. Asterisks(*) can be used as a wild card.

Search By Complex Expressions:

Phrases can be grouped together using quotes. Asterisks can be used as a wild card. And can be used to require that multiple words or phrases are in the result. Spelling must match exactly. Not can be used to filter out results that contain certain words or phrases.

Search By Answer ID:

Use this method to jump directly to an FAQ if you know its id.

Sorting

Default Sort

By Default, results are sorted by how well they match the search text, then by Category then Subject.

Sort By Category

Results are displayed in alphabetical order by Category.

Sort By Category (Desc)

Results are displayed in reversed alphabetical order by Category.

Sort By Subject

Results are displayed in alphabetical order by Subject.

Sort By Subject (Desc)

Results are displayed in reversed alphabetical order by Subject.

Sort By FAQ Date

Results are displayed with older FAQs first.

Sort By FAQ Date (Desc)

Results are displayed with FAQs that have been more recently created or modified first.
