BISSELL CleanView bagless: brush not rotating
What should I check if the brush on my CleanView Bagless vacuum is not rotating?
ANSWER: If the brush is not turning on your CleanView Bagless vacuum, please try the following:
- Remove the access plate from the bottom of the machine. This plate is near the brush roller. Check the brush and belt for damage. If the brush will not turn by hand, or the belt is broken, the damaged part will need to be replaced. Clean off any debris on the brush which could prevent it from rotating, such as hair or string.
