Little Green Series - Reduced or No Spray

My BISSELL Little Green Portable Machine will not spray. What can I do to remedy this situation?

ANSWER:  Please try these suggestions to get your machine working properly:

- Make sure there is water/formula in the solution tank.

- Check to see if water comes through the cap insert by pushing up on the “X” valve on the insert. If not, soak cap insert in warm water and vinegar for 30 minutes.

If the water releases by pushing up on the "X" valve on the insert:

-Remove upholstery tool and depress trigger for 30 seconds with unit turned off.

-Turn the machine back on, depress the trigger, lift solution tank up and down and/or gently squeeze solution tank to prime.

-Check to see if water line inside flex hose is kinked or being pinched off by suctioning up a full tank of hot tap water into the collection tank and repeat the two steps above.

-If the machine sprays with the tool detached, gently clean the spray tip on the tool using a paper clip.

If you continue to experience difficulty with your machine, please have a technician at a local BISSELL Authorized Service Centre inspect your machine.
